It's more than easy to setup our program!
Just follow these 4 simple steps
1Locate and download an .exe file
2Locate and double-click the .exe file. (It will usualy be in your downloads folder.)
3A dialog box will appear. Follow the instructions to install the software.
4After the installation process is done you can now use EA-PSM!
Tips for finding software in your computer
In our experience, the easiest way to find the installed software is to use the search function on Windows 10,8 or 7. If an additional shortcut was created then the software can be found on your desktop

What is EA-PSM?
EA-PSM is power system modelling software for designing, analyzing, and calculating electric power systems and their parameters.
Who should use EA-PSM?
Electrical engineers, contractors, electricians, and power plant personnel will all save considerable amount of time and increase their productivity by using EA-PSM.
What engineering services do you provide?

What is "Bus" element in EA-PSM?
In EA-PSM “Bus” element shows that there is a junction point between two or more elements. Therefore, user should add bus if he wants to represent cable joint, busbar, transformer terminals or other junction point between two elements.
What standard EA-PSM uses for harmonic limits?
Voltage harmonics limits in EA-PSM are defined according to IEC61000-2-2 standard.
Current harmonic limits are defined according to IEEE 519 standard.
What is the difference between K3, K2, K1 and K1,1 short circuit?
These are the types of short circuits:
K3 – three-phase short circuit;
K2 – phase-to-phase short circuit;
K1 – phase-to-earth short circuit;
K1,1 – two-phase-to-earth short circuit.
Are there any voltage limits modelling bus bars?
There are no voltage limits. Several voltage levels can be used in the same scheme
Can I add relay protection to my scheme? What types are possible to add?
Yes, relay protection can be added, like overcurrent non directional and directional, voltage, ground fault, MCCB, MCB, motor circuit breakers, fuses and other.
Can I analyse if the correct relay triggers when a fault occurs?
Yes, EA PSM software includes automatic functionality for tripping analysis, it is also possible to draw and analyse tripping curves.
What are the methods used for load flow study?
EA PSM uses accelerated Gauss-seidel method for load flows analysis.
Can I model a scheme that has over 1000 busbars using EA PSM?
Yes you can, we have tested EA PSM with networks that have more than 1000 buses.
Is it possible to run a protection relay coordination and selectivity study using PSM?
Yes, it is possible to carry out both studies
Can I model my scheme in both X and Y directions?
Yes, user can model schemes in both directions
Can I perform multiple scenario studies?
Yes, users can model different scenarios on the same scheme by going to snapshots and adding multiple scenarios

What do I need to install EA-PSM? is EA-PSM?
EA-PSM is free to use, but you only get 15 buses to use. More buses can be acquired by getting a license.
What are the minimum system requirements for EA-PSM?

*EA-PSM will work with less available memory, but the calculations will take a lot more time to be carried out and there may be some issues with saving calculation results
In Windows 10: Uninstall the program from the Windows Control Panel.
In older versions of Windows: Select the Windows Start button, then Settings, Control Panel, Add/Remove Programs. Then select EA-PSM and press the Remove button.

Courses
Are there prerequisites or language requirements?
There are no prerequisites. All the needed requirements are listed in detail in the courses page. Also, we recommend users to have an advanced understanding of English (B2)
How do I access my course?
To access your acquired course, you must:
Login to your user account and open the courses page
Copy the license key that was sent to your email
In the courses page press the “Activate courses” button and input the given license key
Do I need specific equipment to take Online courses?
Additional equipment is not needed but we highly recommend using EA-PSM and follow the course steps in it.
Can I get a refund for a course?
If you are eligible for a refund, you can get it here
What is the difference between video courses and online group courses?
Online courses consist of prerecorded video and text material that you can revise at your own pace at any given moment and some courses include interactive content that will help you learn better.
Online group courses are held in real time on online platforms such as (zoom, MS teams, google meets). When partaking in these courses participants can ask questions freely.
How many coupon codes can I apply to the courses in my Cart?
You can apply unlimited number of coupons to the courses in your cart.
Can I revisit the course in the future?
Yes, all acquired courses can be revisited at any given moment.

Billing information
Why did my payment fail?
In most cases, credit card declines are easily fixed by re-entering your billing information and making sure the billing address matches exactly with what your card issuer has on file.
If your payment method is rejected and you are using a valid credit card from Mastercard, Visa, or American Express, then please contact your bank for assistance
Am I charged in my local currency?
currently accepts payments in USD, CAD, GBP, EUR, INR, and AUD for web subscriptions.
What payment methods do you accept?
You can pay with a credit card (visa, master card, American Express), PayPal. You can also make a payment through Google pay
How do I view previous receipts and billing history?
To view your invoice / billing history within EA psm, start by going to Eapsm.net/account and on the left press the purchase history tab that will allow you to easily see all your previous payments.
Finding a copy of your invoice is easy, you simply click on the invoice button to the far right of your payment. Also, we send an invoice to your billing contact’s email address after the transaction is successfully completed
Do I get charged regularly for my selected plan?
No, you are not charged after the selected plan has ended. To renew your license the same purchase steps must be repeated
Is my account linked with my payment?
We keep payment information, and it is linked with your account to provide a refund.
